Project Details

Although a smaller company than some of the traditional estate agents in Ireland, Paul Tobin encapsulates a brand that competes on the basis of quality, attention to detail and customer service that is second to none. Paul Tobin approached Scapegoat Design looking to create a brand that was as unique and idiosyncratic as their approach to the real estate business.

Project Outcome

For this project to be successful it was important to differentiate our client from the many estate agents that compete in a crowded market place. Key considerations included use of non-traditional typography, a modern and atypical colour scheme as well as bold and bright signage. Paul Tobin was very pleased with the results and has received a lot of recognition for their distinctive brand since it launch.
