Clever Steps Internal programme
Energia recently undertook an internal process to communicate the 4 key values of the company in a fun and engaging way which they hoped would instill understanding and awareness among their employees. The initiative was entitled Clever Steps and the process was envisioned as being approximately one year from initial launch to final event.
We designed a logo and branding for the Clever Steps initiative which was applied throughout the whole campaign on everything from goody bags to signage, employee handbooks, t-shirts and so on. Several team-building days were organised and these were strongly branded with screen graphics, display graphics and various other collateral.
These events were an opportunity for employees from sites throughout the country to come together and see company values in action. The Clever Steps programme was very well received and heightened awareness of living the Energia values among employees.
