Project Details

The Design, Print and Packaging Skillnet is a government initiative that provides heavily subsidised training programmes to the industry or industries that each is chosen to represent. A key part of the Design, Print and Packaging Skillnet’s yearly programme is the Masters in Professional Design Practice. The Masters is practical and also excellent value but always a challenge to achieve full capacity due to the nature of the commitment involved for those taking part.

Project Outcome

To promote the course and appeal to designers and printers, the target market, we worked with the illustrator Steve Simpson and created a special limited edition poster. The poster outlined the elements and nature of the course but was also a beautiful keepsake in its own right. The Masters course was successfully filled and funding was maintained for the following year.
